WatchGuy NYC is honored to have the opportunity to serve you.

That is why we stand by all of our products with a full three year limited warranty. If an item we sell you should fail as a result of a manufacturer's defect at any time during the three year, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to you.

If your watch has any symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. If it is determined by WatchGuyNYC that a repair under warranty is required one of our trained watch professionals will direct you on how to safely and efficiently ship the watch to us.

Certified Pre Owned Full Two Year Warranty

WatchGuyNYC Warranties the dependable operation and function of this article for a period of two years, from the date of purchase. Modifications to this article and abuse void this warranty. WatchGuyNYC is the sole warrantor of this article. Original factory warranty no longer applies. WatchGuyNYC has no affiliation with the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, Straps - leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through WatchGuyNYC. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Regular wear-and-tear from normal use.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
  • Defects caused by outside force or improper use. Consequential and incidental damages.
  • The loss of precious, semi-precious stones from settings.
  • Outside modifications and third party repair attempts of any kind will void the warranty.
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
  • Watches that are labeled as water resistant feature a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing watertight. Water damage is not covered under the warranty unless it is proven defective by the WatchGuy NYC Repair and Service Center.

Watches described as “new” are unused with their original seals intact, along with the manufacturer’s packaging and all original paperwork. Each watch that we sell comes complete with a manufacturer’s guarantee. The manufacturer’s authorised agent will stamp and date the paper work, or swipe the guarantee card when it leaves their care. The manufacturer’s warranty will commence from this date.


7 Day Return Policy


For all purchases made online at WatchGuyNYC.com or Shop-at-Home, WatchGuy NYC will provide an exchange or refund within 7days of delivery, provided merchandise in new condition, meaning unworn with the security tab (FACTORIES STICKERS) intact. Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, Opening the inside of watch, Removing links, Removing the security tab on high-end items, or lastly, if the auction explicitly says in the description that the item cannot be returned.

WatchGuyNYC. wants you to be happy with your purchase, however in the event our item does not meet your expectations you can feel free to return it for a refund. We offer you a7 day return period beginning from the date your package is received, if for any reason you need to return an item you have purchased with us simply follow these steps to ensure a safe return of your item.

Return and Order Cancellation:

  • A return authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise.
  • Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of the original date of purchase.
  • Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase unless the product is a special order item.
  • All refunds, straight returns, and order cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No Exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges are not permitted, and will be refused, if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including sizing or the removal of links).
  • *Special order items are not returnable and deposits for special orders are not refundable (Note: All products priced $10,000.00 or higher are considered special order).
  • Please Note: Purchases made by any watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any manner, are NOT returnable for any reason.
  • Watch orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx with full insurance coverage up to $50,000.00 US Dollars. By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address. Packages shipped outside the United States may have lower limits for insurance coverage. All claims for loss or damage during shipment must be initiated within 48 hours of scheduled delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. The contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we have charged your credit card or collected funds. When the customer is trading-in used merchandise, our telephone and email quote for the trade-in value is an estimate only and is not binding or finalized until we inspect in person the item being traded-in.
  • To prevent credit card fraud, we may request additional documentation such as a copy of the credit card and photo identification to verify that a purchase is being made by the authorized cardholder. Providing this information is optional, but we reserve the right to cancel any order if we do not have sufficient information to verify the purchase is being made by the authorized credit card holder.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. The contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we have charged your credit card or collected funds. When the customer is trading-in used merchandise, our telephone and email quote for the trade-in value is an estimate only and is not binding or finalized until we inspect in person the item being traded-in.


*Call us at +1 (212) 510-8315 to receive a Return Authorization Number. It is important to obtain this return authorization so we can expect your package to arrive.

*Package your return. Please include all items we shipped to you, this includes (but not limited to) jewelry boxes, appraisals, tags or other attached items.

*Ship your return. We suggest using the United States Post Office’s Priority Mail for your return shipping. The USPS offers the most cost effective means to ship an insured package and Priority Mail offers updated tracking information on the location and estimated delivery time of a package.

The United States Post Office provides shipping materials free of charge, we strongly urge that you DO NOT re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. Reused packaging offers little or no protection to package compromise in addition to being a reason insurance coverage may be denied. 

Once your item is received it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage which could adversely affect your refund. When the item is finished with inspection a refund will be issued, we will issue refunds in the manner in which the payment was received. When we have concluded our inspection of the return we will issue a refund, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer indicating their return was processed. Please allow up to three (3) business days for any credits to update to your account. If you have not received a credit within this time period call us immediately. 

Return Conditions

The 7day return period begins the day the package was signed for according to the tracking information provided by the shipper. All items being returned must be in UNWORN CONDITION, a security tag is placed on the item to prevent wear and return sales. If this tag is damaged (appearing to have been removed and reattached) or completely missing from the item a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the return amount. We also ask that you pack your return safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipping.

For insurance reasons WatchGuy NYC. cannot issue return shipping labels. Return shipping is done so at the customer’s expense, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly insure a package. In the event a return package becomes missing in transit it is also the customer’s responsibility to file an insurance claim with the Post Office, any monies received from an insurance claim will be considered a refund. Avi & Co. cannot be held responsible if a customer's return package was improperly insured nor can we be held accountable for a refund (either complete or partial) on an item that was lost in transit. 


Following a complete examination of the returned item  WatchGuy NYC. will issue a refund in accordance to this policy. Purchases made with a credit card will be issued a refund credit back to that card. WatchGuy NYC. cannot issue a refund to any other card than the one used for the original purchase. Purchases made using Paypal will be refunded directly to the account where the payment originated, we cannot make a refund to any other Paypal account for any reason. For wire transfer purchases WatchGuy NYC. will issue a company check payable to the original purchaser's name, under no circumstances will we issue a refund check to any third party recipiants. WatchGuy NYC. does not offer cash refunds for any reason.  

This return policy is strictly limited to items purchased through the  WatchGuyNYC. website. Items that were purchased from our store will be subject to the return conditions posted in our store and may differ from the policy stated here. Store purchased items are not applicable for return or any other type of reimbursement under the conditions stated on this website.
